The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are disclosed to you at the time of opening your account and because we have made changes, we want you to understand why the changes have been made. The amendments will be in effect from this point forward on all of your Personal Deposit Account holdings.
The agreement has been updated to reflect the current operating environment and some of the changes that have been made include the following:

Overdraft Protection is now included;
MasterCard application is now included;
A number of forms and agreements have been combined into an
easier to read document with greater clarity of responsibilities.
