4-H Awards of Excellence
ATB is a partner sponsor of the 4-H Awards of Excellence medallions that are awarded to members each year. Sponsorship of this program is shared with United Farmers of Alberta, the Alberta 4-H Council, Alberta Agriculture Food & Rural Development, Alberta 4-H Council, and 4-H Foundation of Alberta. ATB's financial support of this program totals $10,000 annually.
Provincial 4-H Livestock Judging Competition

ATB Financial is an Exclusive Sponsor of this event.
- Held annually in Olds, Alberta in August.
- ATB provides $13,500 in support of the program
ATB Financial 4H Scholarships
- ATB provides 5 scholarships per year.
- The scholarships are awarded for high academic achievement, 4-H
achievement, and community participation.
- Each scholarship is valued
at $500.
- Criteria and applications for the scholarship can be obtained via
the 4-H Branch.
Provincial Sr. Members Conference
- ATB Financial is a co-sponsor.
- Held annually at the 4-H Centre at Battle Lake, early in the New Year.
- ATB provides $2,500 in support of this program.
4-H Leaders Conference
- Held annually in mid-January at Red Deer.
- ATB provides annual financial support of $7,500 for the conference.
- 4H allows an ATB employee to attend the full conference.
- ATB provides annual financial support of $7,500 for the conference.
4-H Show Ring Numbers
- ATB Marketing, Agri-Industry, sponsors disposable Showring
numbers for various 4-H events.
- Lighthorse clubs usually uses Showring numbers.
- Approximate sponsorship by ATB of $1,500.
- Numbers are ordered through 4H Offices.
4-H Branch Plaques
- ATB Ag Marketing Department pays for one standard 4-H plaque
per club in Alberta, as requested by each branch.
- Sponsorship varies based on branch requests. Total sponsorship can total
up to $6,600 (with 330 clubs at $20/plaque).
4-H Direct Branch Support
- Many ATB Financial Branches provide direct cash support to
4H clubs.
- Many ATB Financial Branches provide free Administrative Service Support
to 4H clubs.
- Many ATB Financial Branches provide additional promotional items for
4H events.
- Many ATB Financial Branch Staff support of 4-H with their time.
