Personal Banking Specialist Training Learn how to provide knowledgeable, courteous and efficient credit and non-credit financial services to our valued customers. As a member of our Retail Sales Team, you will build and enhance relationships helping customers select personal deposit, loan and wealth management products. Customer Service Manager Training Hone your coaching, support and leadership skills managing a dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives. Equip your team with expert knowledge and the motivation to deliver service excellence to our valued customers. Account Manager Training Develop strong and lasting customer relationships, fostering growth and profitability through maintenance of your agri-industry and independent business account portfolio.

Trainee Program Eligibility Do you have what it takes to be considered for one of our training programs? Students should possess the following qualifications: Leadership experience through employment, volunteer work, community involvement, school projects and/or personal development activities Superb oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and time management skills Confidence, self-motivation and an eagerness to accept new challenges Post secondary degree or diploma in business or management (Accounting, Human Resources or Finance major preferred) Sales experience in retail, service or banking Desire to grow and advance a career with ATB Willingness to relocate throughout Alberta

Co-Op Internship Programs (COIN)

ATB offers a variety of MBA and undergraduate paid COIN placements. COIN opportunities expose you to relevant professional assignments and introduce you to the unique responsibilities of a specific line of business.

Enhance your understanding of contemporary workplace issues and make positive, creative contributions at ATB in one of our COIN placements. Assignment length varies from a minimum 4 months to a maximum 16 months.

COIN Program Eligibility

Up to the challenge? Eligible students must be enrolled in an accredited full-time co-op/intern degree program. Preference will be given to students who have completed their 3 rd year (undergraduate) or 1 st year (MBA) program of study.

Just starting out? You need the kind of practical, real-life work experience you’ll find at ATB. We provide relevant on-the-job training placements that support student professional development. Typically, work experience assignments are arranged directly through our regional branch network or corporate offices and your school or training institution.
