Living in Our Communities

At ATB Financial, a big part of measuring our corporate success is the level of involvement we have in communities across the Province. Our ATB associates are active members of their communities, enhancing the quality of life for all Albertans. Since ATB’s inception in 1938, we have worked to develop lasting partnerships with community organizations and have promoted and encouraged social awareness and active participation among our associates.

Community Partnerships

ATB Financial has a proud history of supporting local charities such as the United Way, STARS Air Ambulance, and the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation. We also provide financial assistance to educational programs, which focus on achievement and leadership opportunities for Albertan youth such as 4-H Clubs of Alberta.

Employee Involvement

ATB Financial encourages its associates to involve themselves in corporate, as well as, local fundraising activities. ATB associates participate in community educational programs, such as Junior Achievement and are recognized and awarded for community contributions. ATB Financial provides its associates with the resources, support and opportunity to become active members in the community.
