Employee Events

There’s always something happening at ATB Financial! ATB, as well as our associates, host a wide variety of employee events all across the province each year.

Town Hall Meetings

Our executive team hosts a series of town hall meetings at several locations around the province periodically. One of our most popular employee events, town hall meetings give our associates the opportunity to hear first hand about what’s going on at ATB, to ask our executive team questions and enjoy some hospitality and camaraderie with the whole ATB family.

Annual Leaders Conference

ATB gathers all of our leaders together for a series of working sessions and information sharing during our one-day Annual Leaders Conference, followed by our annual sales and service awards dinner in the evening.

The ATB Way

Every two years, we gather all associates who work for ATB and who do not attend the annual leaders conference for a day of information sharing and renewing of old friendships. Our ATB Way event draws a crowd of almost 3,000 people and is a day well spent building strong and lasting team relationships.

Corporate Challenge

ATB has been a proud participant in Corporate Challenge in both Edmonton and Calgary for many years.

Annual Fundraising Events

Every year ATB raises money for a variety of worthy charities in Alberta such as the Children’s Hospital Foundation, STARS Air Ambulance, the United Way and Christmas Bureaus. Our associates raise money by organizing fun and interesting events like dunk tanks, head shaving, barbeques and silent auctions.

Fun Employee Sporting Events

Throughout each year, ATB associates host a series of fun employee sporting events, such as slo-pitch tournaments, golf tourneys and curling bonspiels. We’re also well known to gather spontaneously to enjoy BBQ’s and picnics with our co-workers and their families. The spirit of ATB shines through in the enthusiasm and support through participation of both our organizers and attendees.
