When you contact OneWorld Assist with an emergency, you receive:

• assistance in locating the nearest medical facility
• help in establishing contact with family, personal physician and/or employer as appropriate
• provision of medical assistant to travel with insured when necessary
• coordination of all paperwork for government health plans

A team of professional case managers is always on call to:

• Locate the nearest and most appropriate medical care services
• Ensure proper diagnosis from physicians, medical providers and hospitals
• Deliver appropriate treatment
