Personal MasterCard Products:

To qualify for an ATB Financial MasterCard, you must meet the following qualifications:

You are a resident of Alberta and intend to use the card for personal use only.

You have reached the age of majority (18 years of age).

You have not declared personal bankruptcy in the past five years.

There are several methods available to apply for a Personal MasterCard from ATB Financial. Please review the choices listed below and select the option that best meets your needs:

Please note that ATB Financial MasterCard customers are required to visit a branch in person to pick up their ATB Financial MasterCard card and must present acceptable photo identification.

2. Apply in Person or by Fax

Alberta Business or Alberta Agri-Industry BusinessCard Products:

There are several methods available to apply for an Alberta BusinessCard or Alberta Agri-Industry BusinessCard from ATB Financial. Please review the options listed below and select the procedure that best meets your needs:

1. For Credit Limits up to $10,000
To apply for a Credit Limit up to $10,000, simply:

Print, complete, and sign the application form (please note: this application needs to be signed twice. Once for the Business and once for the Owner).
Drop your completed application at any ATB Financial location or fax to 1-877-541-4206, or mail it to P.O. Box 2380 , Station M, Calgary, AB, T2P 9Z9.

1. For Credit Limits Over $10,000
To apply for a Credit Limit over $10,000, simply:
