News Release: August 30, 2004 ATB organizes talent search to support Calgary Food Bank Calgary, Alberta - ATB Financial is pleased to announce a talent search in support of the Calgary Food Bank, September 10 and 11, 2004. The talent search is presented by ATB Financial and hosted by Western Star Promotions Ltd. and is being adjudicated in part by special guest judge, singer/songwriter Jimmy Rankin. The winner will receive the opportunity to record a song at The Beach Advanced Audio ($2,500 value). "ATB Financial is a proud sponsor of community events and non-profit organizations throughout the province," says Brian Countryman, Director of Public Affairs. "This is a great time of year for an event like this. The Food Bank is gearing up for high demand in autumn and winter, and it's a fun way to liven up the end of summer." Competitors may enter at any ATB Financial branch in Calgary by bringing in three items for the Calgary Food Bank. They will then receive an entry form to complete, which can be dropped off at any Calgary ATB Financial branch. The deadline for entries is Thursday, September 2, 2004. Auditions will be held from September 3 to 9 in studio. Finalists will receive a $40 gift certificate from Karaoke World.
