MEDIA NOTICE: ATB Annual Meeting

Edmonton - Alberta Treasury Branches (ATB) will hold its Annual Meeting in Calgary on Wednesday, June 3, 1998, at the Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary.

The Annual Meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. and is open to all ATB customers and interested public. During the meeting, reports from Marshall M. Williams, Chairman of the Board, and Paul G. Haggis, President and Chief Executive Officer will be presented. Financial results for the year ended March 31, 1998, will also be released.

Anyone interested in attending the Annual Meeting is asked to register in advance, by calling 493-7309 (in Edmonton). Outside of Edmonton, call toll-free, dial 310-0000, then 493-7309.

A media availability session will take place immediately following the Annual Meeting in the Evans Room at the Rozsa Centre. Mr. Haggis and Mr. Williams will meet with media representatives and answer questions.
