Menu Guide for Telephone Banking Options

Using ATB Financial's Telephone Banking is as easy as using your touch-tone telephone. Simply follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

• Dial 1-800-661-9619.
  
  
• For Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD), dial 1-800-263-2755.

Step 2:

Select one of the options listed below:

• Press 1 for Touch Tone Banking, and then:

	Press 1: for [Personal Banking], and then: Enter: 3-Digit Branch # Enter: 7-Digit Customer # Enter: 4-Digit security code [Personal Banking Options] Options for Personal Banking: Press 1: for [Account Balances]* Press 2: for [Account History] Press 3: for [Transfer Funds] Press 4: for [Bill Payments] Press 5: for [Fax Service] Press 6: for [Change User Profile or Password] Press 7: for [Main Menu] Press 2: for [Residential Mortgage Hot Line] Press 3: for [Branch Hours and ABM Locations] Press 0: to reach the Customer Contact Centre *   Savings Tip: When performing a Balance Inquiry, Press # to list all of your account balances — this will only count as 1 inquiry.
