Our helping hands deserve a hand
Posted on: April 25, 2017 | Author: Jamie Bay
To celebrate National Volunteer week, we’re highlighting the stories shared by ATB’s Helping Hands Program recipients. Helping Hands is ATB’s ‘dollars for doers’ program and was designed to support the array of causes that are important to our team members. Over the past year, Helping Hands recipients volunteered more than 19,000 hours and ATB recognized these hours by donating over $104,930 to the organizations where they volunteer.
Any ATB team members who volunteer over 40 hours throughout the year are eligible to receive a $500 donation through Helping Hands. Not only does Helping Hands donate to charities, it also contributes to fundraising efforts like walk-a-thons and charity bike rides.
We’re proud to support our team members for their commitment to supporting Alberta communities and creating happiness in peoples’ lives.
