Employee Development

ATB Financial encourages employees to develop their skills and competencies throughout their careers. Our Corporate Learning Center offers ongoing leadership, sales and lending instruction and will provide financial assistance to associates pursuing external designations or certificates.

Health and Wellness Programs

ATB Financial recognizes the importance of physical and mental health in creating a positive work environment.

To encourage health and wellness in the workplace, we maintain two on-site fitness facilities located in Calgary and Edmonton. We also employ a full-time Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness Coordinator who provides guidance to our associates in the area of health, safety and lifestyle choices.

Our Employee Advocate is available to assist associates who may be experiencing difficulties at home or at work. Professional counseling is also available through our employee assistance program.

Relocation Assistance

We’re a company on the move and are growing aggressively throughout Alberta. Many of our associates choose to relocate in order to move into new opportunities. We provide relocation assistance to eligible associates at the professional and management level. In addition to providing financial assistance, our experienced staff will coach you through your moving arrangements providing whatever advice and assistance you need to feel secure and relaxed during your relocation.
