Natural gas gains 2.8 cents

NYMEX natural gas traded in a range of $0.118 on Wednesday and settled at $2.592/MMBtu, gaining 2.8 cents. Prompt month prices have stabilized a bit after the considerable sell off earlier in the week. Pricing went as low as $2.522/MMBtu, but recovered through the afternoon. Weather models are showing some pockets of slightly cooler trends, though not material at this point.

Expectations for the storage figure set to release shortly are for a draw around 85-Bcf.
