- Diversity and Inclusion Team: responsible for supporting the ATB business strategy and building an inclusive environment.
- Team member networks: groups that provide support and foster innovative ideas for team members and customers. Current networks include Filipino, Indigenous, LGBTQ, Melting Pot (New to Canada), MHAT (Mental Health Actions Team), Millennial, and NOW (New Opportunities for Women).
- Diversity Council: supports the overall Diversity and Inclusion strategy by bringing together all the great work of the team member networks, sharing best practices and working together.
