The first time your company logs into the new system at www.atbonlinebusiness.com, it will need to be performed by your company's designated online System Administrator.

The System Administrator will create roles, set up users, and attach these roles to the new users.

• If your company only has one user of our online banking, they will be your System Administrator.

For more information on designating a System Administrator and their role and responsibilities, refer to your ATBOnline Business package, view the video tutorial, or contact your Relationship Manager.

At the top of the Home page, there is a navigation bar which takes you to all the features and enhancements in ATBOnline Business.

• The Accounts section is where you'll see your current account holdings, up to 180 days of expanded account history, and E-statements on single or consolidated accounts.
• The Transfers section is where you go to conduct transfers between your accounts set up online, including transfers between your CAD and USD accounts.
• Our Stop Payments function lets you submit, cancel, and view outstanding stop payments at your convenience.
• The Pay Bills section lets you process and pay multiple bills at once.
• The Alerts function increases the efficiency of your banking. Set up email alerts to let you know if certain activities occur on your account, such as:
• Payment approval required (wire, EFT)
• EFT returns
• Chargebacks to an account
• Positive pay exception
• New messages from ATB
• Incoming wires
• Balance – set an alert if your account balance falls below, or rises to, a certain amount

• The Client Services page is where you manage your account preferences such as your user ID, password, and challenge questions, as well as account-related activities such as ordering cheques or copies of previous statements.
• Better manage your ATB Financial MasterCard with the ability to:
  • Order MasterCard cheques
  • Pay creditors using your MasterCard
  • Manage individual MasterCard credit limits for other expense cardholders
  • Manage cardholders themselves
  • Manage credit balances on your MasterCard by depositing them into your account or having a draft issued
• The Administration menu lets your System Administrator maintain your internal controls and processes by:
  • Customizing roles and entitlements for all users that have access to your company's online banking.
  • Assigning specific dollar limits and transactions to certain roles and users.
  • Using our comprehensive audit tool to see a history of each user that's accessed your company's online banking, as well as a transactional history and approvals made by those currently active on the system.

These subscription-based services enable your business to make the most of its money by:

• Unlocking cash from your accounts receivable, so you can put it to work sooner.
• Helping you control your cash outflows to enhance your cashflow management and improve relationships with your suppliers.

Other subscription services available include expanded Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) services, liquidity management solutions, positive pay, and a wholesale lockbox service.
