Drop by your local ATB branch or agency for fast, friendly service. With over 165 branches and 130 agencies in more than 240 communities throughout Alberta, we're just around the corner.
At ABMs
Use your ATB customer card at one of over 260 ATB automated banking machines (ABMs) for 24/7 banking.
Remember:
You can also withdraw cash from non-ATB ABMs through the Interac and Cirrus networks, but there may be a service charge.
Use an ATB ABM to:
- Withdraw cash
- Deposit cash or cheques
- View your account balances
- Make a bill payment
- Transfer funds between ATB accounts
- Change your personal identification number (PIN)

Over the phone
Bank at your own convenience—in the evenings, on weekends, or when you're out and about. With ATB's telephone banking, all you need is a Touch-Tone phone, anywhere in North America.
Sign-up is easy!
Visit your local branch, or call 1-800-332-8383.
Once you're signed up, just call 1-800-661-9619 to access your accounts through telephone banking.
Some of the things you can do through telephone banking:
- Check the balance of your deposit, loan, or investment accounts
- Access your account and transaction history (up to 31 days)
- Pay bills or loans
- Transfer funds
- Get branch hours and locations, and ABM locations
- Order an interim statement
- Save money with telephone banking
- Unlimited free transfers between ATB accounts
- 20 or more free account balance or history requests each month (depending on your account type)
- Lower fees than in-branch banking
