Protect yourself with Balance Protection for the low cost of $0.99 for every $100 of the balance of your account shown on your monthly statement. You pay only for the amount of coverage you need.
If you are disabled or diagnosed with critical illness, or become involuntarily unemployed, Balance Protection could cover an amount ranging from your minimum MasterCard payment up to $25,000 of your balance, depending on your coverage.
The Balance Protection plan is underwritten by the Manufacturer Life Insurance Company (Manulife Financial) and First North American Insurance Company (FNA) and is offered to eligible ATB Financial MasterCard personal cardholders on a group plan basis.
