Allison Comeau is the Vice President, Growth & Innovation for ATB Wealth. Allison joined ATB again in 2023 with over 16 years of experience in the wealth industry. In her role, Allison focuses on seeking and executing growth opportunities for ATB Wealth.

Allison’s prior experience includes being Chief Operating Officer and Chief Experience Officer as a founding member at Grayhawk Wealth where she had the opportunity to build a national business in the ultra high-net-worth segment. During Allison’s previous eight years with ATB Wealth, her focus was on business and technology transformation.

Earlier in her career, Allison grew her skill set and expertise in business growth and technology implementation across several industries including manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas and tech start-ups. 

She is a big believer in the importance of approaching any strategic change using the lens of the people who are impacted by understanding their voices and ideas - including clients, team members and partners. Supporting through the journey as a team helps everyone embrace the change and drive results more effectively. 

Outside of work, you’ll find Allison and her husband hosting their three adult children and extended families for a meal and some laughter, on the golf course with friends, or hiking with their three dogs. Allison holds community giving as a core value and gives her time to the Highbanks Society as a board member.
