Natural gas drops 5.3 cents

The price on natural gas dropped 5.3 cents on Friday closing at $2.906. Power burn drop of 1.2 bcf with the decreased demand this week. Mild weather has been forecasted during the fall season which is likely to further depress the demand on gas over the coming month. As such we are expecting to see inventory levels rise at storage facilities.

Natural gas is down a little this morning. Today we see support around $2.838 and resistance around $3.030.
