Natural Gas gains 5 cents

NYMEX NG futures gained 5 cents to settle at $3.093 for the day. Colder weather pattern revisions for the Northeast in the 6-10 day forecast pushed prices higher. Analysts forecasted for a 127bcf draw in inventories last week, which is considerably above the 5 year average demand levels of 21bcf. Stockpiles sit at 2.242tcf as of March 10. There was also an element of technical push with resistance around $3.10.
