Natural gas gains 6 cents

Posted on: September 14, 2017

According to MDA weather services temperatures will be above normal in the Northeast, Midwest for the next 5 days and the heat will shift towards the majority of the Eastern U.S. through September 18-27th. Whether the bulls may stop running today is contingent on the storage gain figures published by the EIA later today. This one could be a large build--possibly around 85-Bcf according to the weekly analyst survey from Bloomberg.

NG gained 6 cents to settle at $3.06 and we will have to wait and see if storage figures will take the gain back.
