Natural gas gains 6 cents

Posted on: September 28, 2017

Despite the 6 cent increase in NG and settlement price of $2.97 the gas market was quite tame with a marginal change in stockpile and weather estimates. The warmer than average weather 10-14 forecast in the Eastern U.S. is staying consistent.

I guess we will have to hold our breath until the official EIA numbers are released later today where BNEF anticipates a 56-Bcf stockpile gain, any material discrepancy will likely swing prices.
