As Group Head of Everyday Financial Services (EFS), Jocelyn leads a foundational pillar and critical engine of the organization’s strategy and purpose. Powering possibilities for retail and small business clients, her portfolio serves as the largest gateway to ATB’s advice and services and includes oversight of over 250 locations, the Client Care Centre, and approximately 2,000 team members.
With over 22 years of financial services experience, Jocelyn has held a variety of key leadership positions across ATB. Having started her career within ATB’s branch network, she transitioned into senior leadership roles spanning Finance, Treasury, EFS, and Client Experience & Technology. This journey is a testament to her deep-rooted commitment to the ATB’s culture, team members, and clients.
Known for her collaborative approach and ability to lead through complexity, Jocelyn focuses on strengthening client relationships, supporting team member growth and success, and fostering partnerships across the enterprise to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Jocelyn is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University. Actively engaged in her community, she has held various roles on the United Way of Edmonton Capital Region’s Board of Directors since 2020 and currently serves as Board Chair.
