‘This is Why’ puts the focus on customers

Starting today, Albertans will begin seeing a series of stories featuring real ATB customers and team members.
In 2016, we went out with a promise to listen to Albertans. Our team members took a pledge and worked harder than ever to create happiness for our customers. After all, this is why ATB Listens.
Fast forward to 2019 and it’s time to see how we are making a difference. In the coming months, you’ll get to know a number of Albertans and their dreams, fears, problems and ideas.
It was an ambitious undertaking—gathering dozens of stories with help from our team members around the province and choosing which ones to take on. Our marketing and creative pros hit the road to film in Banff, Brooks, Calgary, Medicine Hat, Edmonton, Fort McKay and Fort McMurray. They were humbled by the folks who welcomed them into their communities, homes and businesses.
