Beat burnout.
Free online mental health support for all your employees. Every year.
Only 22% of social sector workers report feeling burnt out—but over 85% report the symptoms of being burnt out.
ATB and GreenShield have partnered to make mental health care more accessible for employees of not for profit organizations operating in Alberta’s social sector.
Once your organization’s eligibility is confirmed, your employees get 10 free hours of virtual counselling, per staff member, per year—at no cost to you. In addition, your employees gain access to digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that they can use anywhere, at any time.
ATB and GreenShield
Working together to support Alberta’s care community.
ATB is a purpose-driven company founded to help our communities. With GreenShield, Canada’s only national non-profit health and benefits company, we’ve launched a program aimed at providing mental health support to the 1 in 20 Albertans working in the social sector.
A healthy social system is vital to a healthy Alberta. It impacts not only individual lives but the province's economic, social, cultural, and environmental landscape. This partnership leverages our shared commitment to Albertans, combining ATB Financial's deep community roots with GreenShield’s industry-leading mental health solutions.
The privacy of our participants is our top priority. GreenShield therapists undergo a rigorous vetting process before joining their network, which includes Canadian-licensed social workers and psychotherapists.
