Secure and Flexible Mobile App Login
Note: Biometric login is now gradually rolling out. Keep your ATB Personal app up-to-date to receive the latest features.
Passkey vs Biometric Login
Passkey is a secure, password-free way to log in
Passkey lets you securely access your account without using your username and password. Your device stores an encrypted digital key, unlocked by face or fingerprint recognition, that can sync across multiple mobile devices.
Log in with biometrics
Biometric login uses facial recognition or your fingerprint to log in on a single device. It doesn’t use a digital key, so it won’t sync across multiple devices.
Stronger security than passwords
Unlike usernames and passwords, passkey and biometric login can’t be mistyped or guessed, giving you two faster, safer ways to access your accounts.
Which is right for you?
Passkey is ideal if you want the most secure, password-free login across multiple devices. Your encrypted digital key is stored securely on your phone and unlocked using biometrics. It uses the latest encryption technology, and syncs with Apple or Google accounts.
Biometric login, available for ATB Personal app, is ideal if you want familiar and fast access to your accounts on a single device. Log in the same way most people unlock their device, using face or fingerprint recognition.
