Forgot your password? No sweat. Reset your password quickly and easily on ATB Personal.

1. On the ATB Personal login screen, click the Forgot password link.
2. On the Forgot password screen, enter your Username
   
   1. If you’ve forgotten your username as well, click the Forgot username link at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter your Date of Birth
4. Click Continue.
5. You’ll be asked to verify your identity with a security question or by two-factor authentication.
   
   1. Enter your one-time passcode.
6. On the Reset password screen, enter and re-enter your new password.
7. Click Reset password.
8. You’re all done!
