Business Statements

1. Expand the date range:
   Statements are organized by processing date, usually one day to one week after the statement period ends.
   For best results, search within a two-week range based on the end date of the statement period.
   
   
2. Can't see the account you're looking for?
   Often, multiple accounts are grouped within a consolidated statement.
   To view all accounts in a statement, select +[number] more.
   
   
3. Still don't see the account you need?
   Go to Accounts > Summary. Do you see the account now?
   Yes: Contact the ATB Client Care team at 1-800-332-8383.
   No: Contact your administrator to review your account permissions. If you are the administrator, check permissions for that account.
   

Your operating account statement will list fees grouped together by type of service.

Starting in 2022, the new ATB Business platform will allow you to opt in or out of receiving mailed statements.

You can view, download and print up to 7 years of past statements.

1. Go to Accounts > Statements
2. Search for the statement you need
3. Select View PDF
4. Download or print your statement

If you prefer, your branch can provide this service for a fee of $10 per document. For more information, contact ATB Client Care at 1-800-332-8383.
