How to Register for ATB Investor Connect (AIC)
Learn how investors with ATB Wealth can register for Investor Connect to view their transaction history, holdings, tax slips and statements.
- Navigate to ATB Investor Connect (AIC) and select Register.
- Enter the desired Email address, Username, and Password. Confirm the Password, enter the CAPTCHA Code and then select the Submit button.
Note: Clients can register with a shared Email address but will need to use a different Username to register. If the password does not meet the listed criteria, you will receive one (or more) of the following error messages: Email, Username, and Password Error (Does not meet criteria) - Once the Submit button has been selected and there are no more errors, an email will be sent to your inbox for you to verify your email address.
- Enter the one time password that was emailed to you and select Next. If you notice at this point that your email address is incorrect, press the Edit button to update the email address there will be an option to use your email address as your username.
- If there are no errors, you will receive a success message and a verification email. Select Go to Login button to proceed.
- Login with your chosen Username and Password.
- Setup your Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for increased security by selecting Set up 2FA. Your options are text or email. Text message is recommended due to its higher level of security but if email is preferred, it can be selected after selecting the Use other verification method option.
- Once 2FA setup is completed, you'll be sent a Verification code based on your preferences, enter the code and select Verify and login.
- After logging in, you will need to link your credentials to your account. Update the Personal Information fields and click the Continue button.
Note: If the Personal Information that is entered is different from the information that is in our system or if you have previously registered and your account is already linked to another set of credentials, you will receive an error. - Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Finally, you will need to set your Communication Preferences and select the Continue button.
- Your login is now complete and you'll be taken to the ATB Investor connect homepage.
Step 4: Enter the one time password that was emailed to you and select Next. If you notice at this point that your email address is incorrect, press the Edit button to update the email address there will be an option to use your email address as your username.
Step 9: After logging in, you will need to link your credentials to your account. Update the Personal Information fields and click the Continue button.
Step 11: Finally, you will need to set your Communication Preferences and select the Continue button.
