Shawn brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial and real estate banking, M&A, and corporate finance to his role at ATB.

In his time with ATB, Shawn has been on teams that launched and grew lending programs and played a key role in developing new client opportunities in the Edmonton market for ATB’s Business & Agriculture team. Through spending most of his career in the Edmonton area, Shawn has grown a great network that he draws on to serve ATB clients. 

Local focus is also something he values about ATB. Since all ATB decisions are made in Alberta, there’s a community nuance the ATB team inherently “gets,” making it faster to understand and support clients.

Shawn is a proud father and grandfather, and loves to keep active with sports. He eagerly anticipates cheering on his two grandchildren as they start to pursue their own athletic interests.
