The Inclusion portfolio promotes equity across all levels of the ATB ecosystem. This involves actively identifying and dismantling systemic barriers that hinder equitable opportunity, and ensuring that each person feels valued and respected. Our vision is to create a truly inclusive organization where everyone can thrive.

The Indigenous Relations portfolio focuses on building and nurturing respectful relationships with Indigenous Peoples, communities and organizations. This commitment reflects ATB's broader reconciliation journey, which seeks to acknowledge and address historical injustices and forge a path towards a more equitable future for Indigenous Peoples.

The Inclusion and Reconciliation team’s mandate is to serve the diverse needs of the people and communities that ATB interacts with on a daily basis.
