You need an Interac e-Transfer profile to send e-transfers on ATB Business. Setting up a profile is quick and simple.

Note that these steps apply to the ATB Business online platform accessed through a computer. Setting up a profile on your smartphone is similar but not identical.

Here’s how to do it: 

1. Log into ATB Business Online

Log into the ATB Business Banking Platform. You will be challenged and will need to input a six digit code sent to your cell phone.

2. Navigate to the Interac e-Transfer section

Select “Payments & Transfers” from the menu at the top of the screen.

From the drop-down menu, select “Interac e-Transfer”.

3. Creating your Interac e-Transfer profile

From the Interac e-Transfer page, select “Profile” from the menu underneath the page title.

Enter or update your company information in the corresponding fields.
Select “Save” in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

You’ll see a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen when your profile details have been saved.

Once your profile is finished, you’re ready to send e-transfers.
