How to reset your password
On the ATB Business login page, you’ll be able to enter your username and password to access your account. If you’ve forgotten your password but remember your username, you can get back into your account in no time.
If you’re signed up to get text messages for two factor authentication:
All you have to do is click on Forgot Password, enter your Username on the Forgot Password page and click Submit. You’ll then be challenged with two factor authentication (2FA) to Confirm your identity. We’ve made two factor authentication mandatory to protect your account from being hacked by fraudsters and make password reset a safer, more secure process.
2FA will trigger a text message to be sent to your mobile phone with a one-time code. Enter the code in the box labeled Enter code. Click Submit and you’ll be redirected to a page that will tell you to Check your email for the one-time code.
Go to your email and find the ATB Business - Password Reset email. Click Create password and you’ll be sent back to the ATB Business website to the Create New Password page. Here you will enter a New password and Confirm password. Click Create password to complete the process.
You’ll be prompted to Log in using your username and newly created password. Confirm your identity with 2FA again and then you’re in!
