How to switch to electronic statements for ATB Prosper accounts (Web)
Learn how to quickly and easily switch to electronic documents (statements, trade confirmation or tax slips, annual reports) for your ATB Prosper accounts.
- Log in to ATB Investor Connect using your ATB Prosper username and password
- Learn how to register for ATB Investor Connect if you haven't created an account before
- From the ATB Investor Connect Account Summary screen, hover over the gear icon in the upper right of the primary navigation to access a drop-down (settings) menu
- From the settings menu, click Communication Preferences
- On the Communications Preferences screen, under Document Types, select how you wish to receive your statements, trade confirmation or tax slips, annual summary reports by clicking on Online, In the mail and online or Email notification and online
- Click Save to set your communication preferences
- You're all done!
