Learn how to delete or edit INTERAC e-Transfer® recipients using the ATB Personal app.

Whether you’re looking to update your recipient information or clean up your contact list, it’s easy in ATB Personal.

  1. Log in to ATB Personal.
  2. From the Overview screen, click More in the primary navigation.
    1. Or click Recipients in the left navigation on any Interac e-Transfer move money screen.
  3. From the More menu, click Manage contacts.
  4. On the Manage Contacts screen, in the Recipients tab, click the recipient name you want to delete or edit.
  5. To delete a recipient:
    1. Click the name of the recipient you want to delete.
    2. On the Recipient details screen, click Delete.
    3. Review and confirm your request by clicking Delete recipient.
  6. To edit a recipient:
    1. Click on the recipient name you want to edit.
    2. On the Recipient details screen, click Edit.
    3. Edit the Recipient Nickname and/or Email address
    4. Edit the Security question and/or Security answer if the recipient isn’t registered for Autodeposit.
    5. Click Save.
  7. To help ensure the security of your online banking, you may be challenged to verify your identity using two-factor authentication.
  8. You're all done!
