How to reset your forgotten password on ATB Personal
Forgot your password? Learn how to reset it on the ATB Personal banking app.
- On the ATB Personal login screen, tap the Need help logging in? link near the bottom of the screen.
- From the action sheet menu, tap Forgot password.
- On the Reset Password screen, enter your Username.
- Enter your Date of birth.
- Tap Continue.
- To help ensure the security of your online banking, you may be challenged to verify your identity using two-factor authentication.
- On the next screen, enter your and New password (twice), paying attention to the listed requirements.
- Tap Reset password.
- You’re all done!
