How to reset your forgotten password on ATB Personal
Forgot your password? Learn how to reset it on the ATB Personal banking app.
- On the ATB Personal login screen, enter your username and tap “Continue”.
- Tap “Forgot password”.
- Enter username again and tap “Continue”.
- Verify your identity using two-factor authentication.
- On the next screen, create a new password that meets the listed requirements. Enter it twice.
- Tap “Reset Password”.
- Log in using your new password on the ATB Personal login screen.
