Silvi Malinowski

Silvi Malinowski is Associate Vice President, where she leads operations and partnership strategies for ATB Wealth Advisory. During her six years with ATB Wealth^®, she spearheaded national expansion into Kelowna and Saskatoon, led the South Region of Alberta (overseeing 110 advisors and associates), and managed teams of advisors, private bankers, and investment counselors. In recognition of her leadership, she received the Catalyst Leadership award in 2021.

Prior to ATB, Silvi held leadership roles in Private Investment Counsel, Trust and Estates, as well as retail banking and investments. Her diverse background includes client-facing advisory roles in both business and retail settings, giving her firsthand insight into client needs and expectations. This understanding, combined with her collaborative approach, has shaped her into a purpose-driven leader who empowers her teams to deliver exceptional client service while achieving growth.

Silvi champions a leadership style centered on co-elevation, strong partnerships, and relationship-building, fostering a thriving and collaborative environment.

Silvi holds a BA in Economics and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. Silvi lives in Calgary with her husband and two daughters.
