Daniel Spencer

Based in Calgary, Daniel Spencer is responsible for the investment counseling, portfolio management and financial planning needs of high net worth families in Central and Southern Alberta.

Daniel joined ATB in 2007 and has been in the financial services industry since 2004. His experience focuses on investment management and consulting. Prior to joining ATB, Daniel was a financial advisor with a major Canadian bank.

Daniel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a University of Calgary graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. He is a member and past president of CFA Society Calgary and has served on the board of CFA Societies of Canada.

Family first.

Daniel grew up in Red Deer, but has been calling Calgary home since 2001. He currently lives there with his wife, Anouska, and their two children, Shay and Aliya. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, playing golf, and snowboarding.
