As the leader behind W by ATB, Nikki is passionately dedicated to shaping a future where all women thrive as their most successful selves. With her unwavering commitment, Nikki spearheads the W by ATB team, orchestrating a paradigm shift in banking by revolutionizing processes, systems, and perceptions surrounding women-owned and led businesses. By focusing on access to capital, networking and industry expertise, W by ATB aims to empower women owned and led businesses.
Throughout Nikki's career at ATB, she has held senior roles on ATB’s Capital Markets team, in Corporate Credit, and as a Director of Infrastructure, Power & Structured Finance. In 2021, she assumed her current position.
Nikki believes that ATB’s success lies within looking at our internal tools and processes first. Through her leadership, she fosters a deep understanding of unconscious bias and advocates for continuous education of all team members in order to better support our women clients. She ignites meaningful change and cultivates an inclusive environment where everyone thrives and flourishes.
Originally from New Zealand, Nikki holds a BComm (hons) in Economics and a BA in Psychology from the University of Otago.
