Situated in Grande Prairie, Daniel Himschoot is a financial advisor with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Athabasca University, as well as his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. He is bilingual in French and English, and looks to provide value wherever he can. Daniel has been in banking since he graduated from university in 2009 and truly enjoys the work he does.
A long-term relationship
Finance has been Daniel’s passion since his university days. It is a career that offers him opportunities for both continuous learning and teaching, so he believes the more diverse his client base, the better. Daniel comes from a farming background so hard work and persistence is always top of mind. Experience has taught him that listening to someone’s whole story is a key to uncovering potential solutions to financial concerns. He strives to help you set goals and provide you with tools to make sound decisions. Daniel sees the value in a long-term advisor/client relationship so that he can develop a strong understanding of what is most important to his clients and see the goals come to fruition.
After hours
Working on vehicles, old and new, occupies some of Daniel’s time. He also enjoys motorsports, woodworking, slow pitch, golf and fishing. When it’s time to truly relax, time with his wife and two kids fits the bill.
