Innes Holman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her senior leadership roles at ATB. Since joining in 2019, she has been responsible for creating a multi-year integrated roadmap to help drive ATB’s 10-year strategy, while providing support for key deliveries in SAP modernization, cloud migration, data monetization and digital presence. 

Before joining ATB, Innes spent more than 20 years in technology, consulting and strategic planning for the utilities, manufacturing and transportation industries, as well as several government agencies. She has led numerous technology and digital customer experience strategies, led innovation framework development and championed AI and cloud-native engineering.

Innes earned her Professional Engineer designation with distinction from Queen’s University. She is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion for women in Science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and was a featured speaker on that topic at the Google Next conference.
