How to delete or edit your INTERAC e-Transfer® recipients in your ATB Mobile app

Learn how to conveniently delete or edit INTERAC e-Transfer recipients in your ATB Mobile app.

  1. Log in to your ATB Mobile app
  2. From the Accounts screen, tap the gear icon in the upper left to access the Settings menu
  3. Tap Interac e-Transfer Recipient Management
  4. On the Select Recipient screen, tap the name of the recipient you wish to delete or edit. You can browse or search by selecting the search bar at the top of the screen. As you start typing, the list will filter by first name automatically.
  5. To delete a recipient:
    1. Tap Delete at the bottom of the screen
    2. Review and verify your request, then tap Confirm
  6. To edit a recipient:
    1. On the Edit Recipient screen, modify some or all of the fields displayed - Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Security Question, Security Answer
    2. Tap Save
    3. When presented with a success message, tap OK 
    4. If you’ve enrolled in enhanced security, you may be challenged to
      verify your identity
