Nataliya has been with ATB Private Equity since 2017. During her time with ATB, she has led due diligence and carried out investments in a number of companies, managed two exits for the portfolio and screened numerous opportunities across all industry sectors. Before joining ATB, Nataliya was an associate with Roynat Capital in Edmonton, where she was involved in all aspects of sourcing, underwriting and managing deals for term debt, subordinated debt and mezzanine debt transactions. She also has experience in equipment financing with GE Capital.
Nataliya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta. Nataliya obtained her Chartered Professional Accountants designation in 2022 and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
