We’re dedicated to keeping your money, and your identity, safe. Starting later this spring, all ATB clients must enroll in two-factor authentication.

No. ATB Online has been retired as of March 29, 2022, and ATB Personal is now your personal banking platform for online banking.

In the beta, located on the left side at the bottom of the screen, follow this path: Go to Feature updates to access “Current features/Upcoming features” which show the latest availability of our new features.

Yes! You can access ATB Personal using your existing ATB Online credentials.

We encourage 2FA enrollment because it increases security for ATB Personal activity, as well as other ATB services.

The first step is to reset your password and/or username as prompted. If a reset does not resolve the issue, please call our Client Care team at 1-800-332-8383, who will be happy to help.
