Rebecca McGuire is the Regional Director, BC & Saskatchewan for ATB Wealth. Rebecca joined ATB Wealth in May 2022 to support the strategy for the history-making expansion outside of Alberta. Rebecca moved into her current role leading the teams in BC and Saskatchewan and plays a vital role in ensuring that ATB Wealth is not just opening offices—our local teams are joining and serving communities. 

Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and has worked for three of the big five banks across Ontario, Saskatchewan, BC and Alberta. In that time, she worked in six different business lines that have given her broad exposure to the industry as well as a deep understanding on cross-channel optimization. 

Rebecca is a firm believer in developing her team and those around her. As a leader, she always looks to balance intentionality and purpose with care and flexibility. She is driven by creating opportunities for others to develop and watching them thrive. 

Rebecca is also a lifelong learner and completed her MBA in 2020. She lives in Calgary with her husband and is an avid traveler.
