It sounds like it might be time to cash in your Gold My Rewards Travel points.

Here’s how to make it happen

Good news: redeeming your points is easy. Start by visiting ATB MyRewards and sign up for an account if you haven’t already. You’ll need some personal details like your Mastercard® number and verbal banking password (or, your credit limit and postal code) to allow us to connect MyRewards to your Mastercard® account.

Once you’re all signed up, you can browse the catalogue. Find the item you want and add it to your cart or choose to redeem the points for cash. It’s that easy.

What can I redeem my points for?

There’s so much to choose from. And it’s more than just merchandise and travel. You can redeem your points to make a deposit to your chequing or savings account, pay down an ATB loan or line of credit, open an investment, or donate to charity. You can even transfer the points to a friend or family member. Shopping the Alberta’s Own category to discover local products and travel experiences here in our very own province is also an option.

How do I redeem my points for travel?

It’s easy. You can book your travel online, right through ATB MyRewards. If you’d prefer to arrange your travel by phone, an ATB My Rewards® Service Centre team member will be happy to help. (For travel redemption booked on the phone, an additional handling charge of $25 applies.)

You don’t have enough points to redeem. What now?

You can redeem the points you have and charge the remainder to your Mastercard® account. If you want, for certain redemption categories, you can even charge the total amount to your Mastercard® account. But remember, you won’t earn points if you charge a reward to your Mastercard®.

How long will it take to get my reward?

If you order merchandise, please allow four to six weeks for your item to arrive. If you redeem your points for cash back, it could take up to three business days for your transaction to be processed.

I changed my mind. Can I get my points back? 

If you change your mind about a reward, give us a call to request a return authorization. Your points will be refunded to your account.
