Will I continue to receive my paper statements after I switch to e-statements?
No. By selecting “E-statements only”, you will view your statements in ATB Online or ATB Online Business by clicking the E-statements link. You can switch back to paper statements anytime by visiting the Edit Statement Preferences section.
How will I know when my e-statement is ready for viewing?
You can sign up for notification emails that will let you know when your statement is ready for viewing. Click the Edit Statement Preferences button at the top of the E-statements page.
Why do I need a notification email for my MasterCard® e-statement?
We need to make sure that you know your statement is ready, so you don’t have to worry about missing a payment
Do I need special software to view my e-statements?
E-statements are in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Reader to view them. Adobe Reader is standard software on all operating systems and browsers, so you should be able to view them on any computer or smartphone.
Can I print or save my e-statements?
Yes. E-statements are posted in PDF format. After opening your e-statement, just click on the save or print buttons.
Is my information secure with e-statements?
Absolutely. Your e-statements are subject to the same rigorous security standards as the rest of your ATB banking information.
How long are my e-statements available for?
E-statements are available in ATB Online and ATB Online Business from September 2011 (our system upgrade) onwards, and will be available for up to seven years. If you’d like to keep your statements for longer, please save them to a secure drive on your computer or print them and keep them safe.
How do I update my e-statement notification email address?
For personal banking customers, log into ATB Online, click the E-statements link within the Accounts tab, and then click the Edit Statement Preferences button. Your email address will be listed at the top of the page. Click the edit link and type in your new email address. If you need help, give us a call at 1-866-282-4932.
