As Director, Diversified Industries, Jakub brings considerable experience in heavy equipment financing and business development, including four years as Director, Equipment Finance prior to his current role.
Jakub appreciates how closely aligned ATB’s organizational values are with his own values. Just as ATB is committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative culture that fosters innovation and high performance, Jakub believes, “It is our duty as ATBers to deliver valuable service and advice to our clients—in a way that is kind and easy to understand.”

Jakub also demonstrates his values internally at ATB. He’s in his second year of the Amplifier program, an advocacy initiative highlighting ATB’s culture, diversity and differentiators. And he’s a member of two Champion Networks: W by ATB and the Indigenous Team Member Network. Both give him the chance to learn new perspectives and challenge his ways of thinking and doing.

When he’s not working, Jakub likes to golf and spend time with his dog, Tilly, who loves a good “car ride.”

Jakub has an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a bachelor of management from Athabasca University.
