In his role as Managing Director, Diversified Industries and Energy Services, Tyler leads eight different teams and assists with the development of ATB’s energy sector strategy.

Tyler has been with ATB since 2011 and working with Energy Services in various capacities since 2013. He appreciates that ATB has always been committed to the industry, especially given its significance to Alberta’s economy. “We pride ourselves on knowing the market well,” he says. “Although challenging at times, working with our clients on creative solutions that help them—and the broader industry—thrive is very rewarding.” 

In his free time, Tyler likes to spend time with his wife and two young children and stays active with tennis, squash and other athletic pursuits. He also volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Southern Alberta Chapter Advisory Board. 

Tyler has his CFA designation from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and a bachelor of commerce with distinction from the University of Alberta.
